We are a specialist business support company established to meet the needs of a wide range of organisations in the public and private sectors and within the voluntary sector.
We are primarily a Welsh company and whilst undertaking assignments on a much wider basis, we aim, in particular, to address the needs of organisations and businesses in Wales and in this context, seek to offer our service bilingually, in Welsh and English, to those who are required to maintain such arrangements or are committed to doing things through the medium of the Welsh language.
Our Founder and Principal Consultant, Ross Morgan, has well over 40 years’ experience in all aspects of Human Resource Management, as well as significant experience and expertise in other corporate services, particularly in the public sector. A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with a Masters Degree in Change Management who has worked at board level in a number of organisations prior to establishing our company, Ross brings a wealth of knowledge experience and practical solutions both to organisations he is assisting and fellow consultants alike.
On our home page we state that we seek to stick to what we know best. As such we will always address the client’s best interests and we will always advise enquirers honestly when we do not believe that we are able to respond and why we believe that to be the case. In such circumstances, we are prepared to signpost enquirers to other reputable specialists who we believe may be able to assist them.
